Dr. Timeny obtained his Bachelors degree in science at Florida International University in Miami, FL in 2004. Later that year, he pursued a career in podiatric medicine at New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He graduated in 2008 with the honor of being the student who contributed most to the advance of his profession.
Dr. Timeny also was honored to start his residency training at Regional Medical Center Vineland, NJ that same year. There, he received three years of training in Foot and Ankle Surgery. He became a fully trained Foot and Ankle surgeon in June 2011.
After the completion of his residency in 2011, though already highly trained, he continued to further his surgical knowledge. He was accepted to a full-year orthopedic fellowship in Limb Lengthening and Limb Deformity Reconstruction at one of the most prestigious centers in the United States — the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics in Baltimore, MD. There, Dr. Timeny was taught by some of the finest surgeons in the world who continue to mentor him every steps of the way. He acquired knowledge of dealing with very delicate and complicated surgical cases involving both Children and adults.
Dr. Timeny received the highest training his profession could offer and beyond. He continues to maintain a deep interest in complicated foot and ankle problems. He received comprehensive training in both pediatric and adult deformity correction. He understands that the foot and ankle are complex and integral parts of the human body.
